Certified Family Child Care Module 1

This class offers participants the information needed to be Certified Family Child Care Providers. This will be done by exploring the topics of: Child Growth and Development, Positive Discipline, Child Abuse and Neglect, Interpersonal Relationships; Daily Schedules; and Health and Safety (including SIDS and SBS) (Note: The Certified Family Child Care Provider Module 1 is equivalent to half of the Introduction the Child Care Profession class) This class, along with the Fundamentals of Family Child Care class, meet the minimum educational requirement for a Certified Family Child Care provider.
