Ideas for Block Play
Does it seem that the children just don’t know how to build with blocks? This workshop will offer techniques to promote appropriate block play and introduce materials that can be used to focus the children’s play. A portion of this workshop will focus on how block play provides children the opportunity to demonstrate many of the WMEL Standards. Time will also be allowed for participants to make materials that can be implemented into their programs. On-line registration is not available at this time.
