CHIMC - Immunization Training for Child Care Provider
The Community Health Improvement for Milwaukee’s Children (CHIMC) Project is a partnership with Next Door Foundation, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee, and the Medical College of Wisconsin, aimed at eliminating health inequities in Milwaukee’s most underserved neighborhoods. By assisting families during the immunization process, we hope to increase immunizations in the zip codes of 53205, 53206, 53208 and 53210. Our mission is to transform and empower our communities through knowledge, resources, and shared learning.
