Facilitated Play

Facilitated play is the practice of the theory that 'children learn best through play'. This workshop will take a look at what facilitated play looks like in early learning invironments. Participants will gain an experience of how children learn through play and explore how to set up an environment to promote meaningful, active play. Strategies to document what children are 'learning' will also be examined.
