Child Abuse Review: Preventing, Identifying, and Reporting Abuse - Correspondence Option

Learn about approaches to lessen the incidences of child abuse that includes strategies for both caregivers and families. Review the signs to watch for that may indicate that abuse is occurring. Identify the procedure for reporting suspected abuse. Meets DHFS requirements for yearly Child Abuse training. (Note: This in-service opportunity is offered in a correspondence format. The participant will receive a packet upon registration. Each packet will contain the necessary reading material and an assignment sheet. Return the completed assignment to 4C.
