SBS - Train-the-Trainer
This workshop is for those who will be responsible for training staff as they enter the child care field. Shaken Baby Syndrome is a severe form of brain injury that occurs when a child is forcibly shaken. This workshop includes strategies to aid in the prevention of SBS occurring. Signs for identification and steps-to-take once identification is made are also reviewed. Note: 4C is an approved agency for this training. Each of the instructors is also recognized as approved to provide this training. All Licensed Providers and Teachers must have this training completed by April 01, 2008. This workshop is 3.0 hours
